Waitrose Cup
Sunday 23rd May 1 pm–5 pm Deadline for entries: 16th May
A popular mixed doubles American style tournament where 16 players of various abilities have the chance to compete with a number of different partners in a round robin format. Depending on Covid protocols, shared tea midway through the afternoon.

A Social Celebration
Sunday 27th June 11 am onwards
To celebrate the end of restrictions and the Club’s Awards, all members are invited to mix in and play some relaxed tennis and enjoy a shared lunch and drinks in the pavilion. A great opportunity for prospective members to try our club!

Davis Cup style Team Tournament
Sunday 18th July 1 pm-5 pm Deadline for entries: 2nd July
A team event, where every game won counts for your team (similar to the City League). Four teams of 6 players, with each team deciding the pairs that will play men’s, ladies and mixed doubles in a round robin against the other 3 teams. Players will be seeded to ensure the teams are as even as possible. Shared tea midway through the afternoon. A good opportunity for club members to take part in team tennis.

Social Tennis Evenings Tuesdays 6.30-8.30pm

All members and prospective members are welcome to come down, mix in and play tennis. Enjoy drinks, nibbles and have a chat in our pop up gazebo.

Smith & Pinching Finals Day 2021
Sunday 12th September 9 am-3 pm (timings to be confirmed)
The S&P Summer Tournament culminates in our Finals Day which includes a superb buffet lunch. Come and watch the finals of all the competitions and bring your racket as courts will be available for social play.
